Quality 10/6/6/4mm steelwork by G & J Reeves with four sets of steel side doors, rivet details and a trad stern on a beautiful mooring transferable by arrangement with the marina owner (they're lovely people here too!), lovely views, pubs/village and only a 15 min or 2 min bus ride to Denham Station which is 21 minutes to Marylebone, a 10 min bus ride to Uxbridge station or 20 min bus ride to Northwood station. Junction 1 of the M40 is 5 mins away with close links to the M4 and of course M25.
Beta JD3 Tug diesel engine (only approx.. 1150 hours from new) housed in it’s own engine room. This is coupled to an ARS hydraulic drive system that is also used to power the ARS bowthruster. As expected, electronics are top notch with 2 x 180w solar panels (top quality German 5-busbar) & Tracer MPPT controller fitted last April, Victron 3000/100 inverter charger, new batteries Sept 2018, engine mounted 230v Travel power generator and galvanic isolator.

4ft double (can pull out to make 4'6" or across the whole boat if required) with two of the largest wardrobes you'll no doubt ever see on a narrowboat!
All rooms have features but one of the head turners is the full length, cast iron roll top bath.
A raised comfy dinette seats four with an adjacent side hatch for sunnier days/nights. This converts into a double by lowering the table.
A large saloon (lounge) area with freestanding furniture provides flexibility for layout/personal choice with of course a TV.
It's worth mentioning that there are a lot of 230v power sockets all along the boat, makes a big difference when living aboard.
A reliable Eberspacher heating system (professional installation so does not cycle on and off, not a good thing for boat diesel boilers) to finrads that travel the full length of the boat. A lovely wood/smokeless fuel burner is in the saloon with a traditional Epping range in the boatmans cabin which also has the traditional drop-down small-double bed.
The galley has what you'd expect, hob, oven & shoreline 12v fridge (new in 2015). There's space for a microwave and of course for electric kettle when hooked upto shoreline or just need to make a quick cuppa on the move.
A fine example from the highly revered Graham Reeves who built a few shells for Stowe Hill after the company changed hands.
Beat JD3 coupled to Parker hydraulic drive system which also powers the ARS bowthruster. Thruster was fully refurbished in summer of 2019 (failed due to lack of use in the past).
