Description
Newly blacked in September 2024, The Budgie Barge enjoys a fully transferable, residential mooring at Limehouse Marina and is the pride and joy of her current long-term owner who has correctly and conscientiously maintained her so she is ready for her new owner to move onboard immediately.
With her “optimum” length of 57’, cruiser stern and reverse layout, she is equally suited to both fulltime living onboard and extended cruising. Should her new owner decide to keep her at Limehouse marina, this unique location gives immediate access to the Regents Canal, the Limehouse Cut (to the Lee) and the river Thames, perfect for weekend and holiday trips exploring the waterways.
Thanks to her light décor, intelligent use of space and large windows (please see interior photographs), The Budgie Barge feels significantly more spacious onboard than her length might suggest.
Her contemporary specification includes a Reflex diesel stove and calorifier powering three good sized radiators, a fully fitted and equipped galley with great worktop space, a highly desirable pump out toilet (320L tank) in her very smart bathroom, whilst her double bedroom leads directly onto her bow deck (protected by a fitted cratch cover) giving wonderful views of the marina. It should also be added that she offers great storage space throughout.
