Central London London UK|
Extremely unique 57ftx10ft two bedroom widebeam canal houseboat built in 2006. This boat is sold as a continuous cruiser.
Undergoing a complete £80k rebuild and refit recently in 2018, the boat is entirely new throughout inclusive of the fitted plumbing, electrics, diesel heating system and gas boiler.
Mezzaluna features a one-of-a-kind bespoke interior that was created and designed over a 6-month period by an Interior Designer and leading bespoke boat fitter, Bob Cleveland.
Rare characteristics such as solid aged-oak spans the entire boat on both the walls and ceiling and reflects the look and grandeur of an old-world boat; whilst modern fittings and features give it a contemporary & stylish edge.
Oak flooring throughout the length of the boat has been painted white in the living areas, bedrooms and kitchen, achieving a light and spacious feel to the interior. A tiled modern bathroom features a shower over the roll top claw-foot bath, floor to ceiling heated towel rail radiator and Jabsco electric toilet.
The modern kitchen is fitted with a classic porcelain butlers sink, gas stove, new undercounter fridge and an integrated kitchen-counter dining area.
The large main bedroom is at the stern of the boat and has a fitted ottoman double bed that lifts up to reveal hidden storage space underneath, alongside a large built-in triple door wardrobe.
The single-cabin bedroom also features a triple door wardrobe and 2 huge drawers under the built-in single bed. Additional concealed storage areas are creatively distributed throughout the boat.
A full hull survey and blacking was completed in February 2020. A full engine service and 8-point engine report completed by RCR in March, both survey and report available upon request. Mezzaluna also holds a current ‘commercial BSS’ safety certificate.
Layout: Open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, leading off into a corridor that spans along the left side of the boat that leads into the single bedroom and bathroom. The main double bedroom at the back, with a single hatch door opening out onto the stern.
