• 54ft built in 1986.

• Engine: Thornycroft Mitsubishi water cooled four-cylinder MAZDA 1500.

• Last hull survey from September 2024 with all recommendations undertaken.

• Bedroom: Double bed with extendable frame to make it larger and new bespoke mattress quoted for and available upon request; chest of 3 drawers ; 2 large under bed drawers. A beautiful Corka cork parquet floor laid in June 2023.

• Bathroom: Walk-in shower ; Simploo compost toilet or Elsan toilet upon request ; sink with overhead cabinet.

• Living room: Arada Hamlet Hardy 4 stove wood-burner (DEFRA-approved ; serviced by Shipshape in December 2023) ; floor-to-ceiling shelves ; integrated desk ; fold-up dining table, beautiful exposed hardwood floor sanded and oiled December 2022.

• Kitchen: Corka cork parquet floor ; original free standing Fagor LPG four burner hob oven and grill ; sink with undersink filter ; taps (drawing from the freshly lined, huge water tank in the bow) ; excellent 12V Shoreline fridge ; LPG Morco gas boiler which quickly heats water for showering ; plenty of storage.

• Engine room: four lead acid batteries in excellent repair, 110 ah 12 v dc six cells wired to form two 12v dc batteries banks wired to form a domestic bank and starter bank ; 240V inverter ; shoreline power connector.

• Outside: freshly painted shell ; terrace with benches and table ; 2 large solar panels ; extra large capacity water tank ; Gas bottle locker with space for 2 standard 13kg gas bottles ; large storage box on roof.

• BSS: to be renewed for you at our expense.

• Engine last serviced October 2023.

• Insurance + CRT licence can easily be transferred.

Currently out of the water in Hertfordshire, perfectly set up for a pre-purchase survey, we can accommodate viewings and you’re able to make use of her being out of the water to do any works you’d like to do to personalise her to your taste.
