Description

This 40ft cruiser stern narrowboat, built by Middlewich in 1985, offers a well-balanced combination of classic charm and recent upgrades, making it an ideal choice for both leisure cruising and liveaboard life. Currently moored at High Line Yachting in Iver, the boat has been thoughtfully maintained and improved, with significant works carried out in 2024.

Valid Boat Safety Certificate until July 2028 and compact 40ft length for easy mooring and navigation.

In April 2024, the hull was blacked and fitted with two new anodes. A hull survey was also completed the same year. The vessel features a spacious cruiser stern, perfect for outdoor socialising, as well as a forward well deck offering a second area for sitting out and enjoying the waterways.

Inside, the boat has seen a number of important upgrades in 2024, including a new calorifier, an enhanced battery setup, and the addition of upgrades solar system to support off-grid living. Power is supplied by a reliable Lister SR3 engine, which was last serviced in August 2025.
The interior is a reverse layout.
