44ft by 12ft live-a-board cruiser, 5 berths, galley kitchen, bow living space, full size shower, raised stern deck and steering position, working lister engine, cruised twice a year for holidays.

The living space is open plan with the dining space and galley kitchen included, great for having guests or letting children play. The kitchen has a double oven and a 4 ring hob, 12v fridge and 12v freezer and a double sink. There is also a slimline top loading washing machine on board as well.

The living area boasts a sliding roof, which is glorious in the summer (and very useful for delivering large furniture as well). There is ample storage throughout and a Morso Squirrel 1410 stove for the winter months.

The 5 berths are split between 2 double cabins and a single cabin, each with their own storage. There is a larger 'communal' wardrobe in the corridor that links them as well.

The bathroom has a shower, storage and space for a chemical toilet (we are taking ours with us).

Family home for 5 years, leaving it because family has grown, but have had many happy memories on board over that time. The mooring is on Ash Island in South London; a highly coveted residential mooring 10min walk from Hampton Court Overground Station, Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and a short drive from Kingston-Upon-Thames.
