Alternative also has a cosy shower room with modern big head shower and a cassette toilet, at the rear is a double bed with lots more storage in the form of an over-bed double wardrobe and lots of cupboards along the wall.
Alternative is on a residential mooring in Poplar Dock Marina, Canary Wharf, which is fully transferrable (subject to one-off fee) and costs around £8000 plus vat per year and includes council tax, Wi-Fi, laundry, water rates, gated entry marina with security.
The mooring benefits from a fantastic community with lots of people to give advise and help, a large community BBQ area with lots of seating for friends, a separate toilet/shower facility with laundry room all of which are free to use. There is also a car parking space here at £650 per year extra.
