NOORDKAAP is a beautiful 22m (72') barge which has been a family home for the last 6 years. She is a very comfortable 2-bed, 2-bath home, but is also fully operational and equipped for independent cruising.
She is currently on a residential mooring in West London and it may be possible that her new owner could have the mooring licence transferred (subject to discussion).

Steel construction, both riveted and welded.
In March 2016 she underwent a 10 week spell of hull work under the watchful eye of a highly reputable surveyor. In this time she was extensively overplated, then epoxy coated. At the same time, the internal frames were refastened to the bottom of the hull.
The boat is completely structurally sound and carrying enough steel to see her through a great many years to come.
