Description

Lothloren is a 1982 steel river cruiser, built by Coles Morton Marine, with a Bukh DV20 20hp diesel engine.

She is an ideal starter boat for one person to live aboard, or equally as a leisure boat for day trips.

The boat is divided into two cabins with a central cockpit, the cockpit has a levered folding roof and canvas sides with a fold down glass windscreen and ample locker space. Beneath the cockpit is located a large water holding tank.

The cabin to the fore contains a kitchenette to the right with a dometic sunlight cooker (2 hob and oven), a large sink and draining area and small counter top. To the left is contained shower and next a hamlet hardy Arada 4.5k solid fuel stove. In the bow is a seating / dining area. Lockers found beneath the seats and a fold down table that can convert the seating area into a spacious bed.

In the aft is the bedroom with a toilet, chest of drawers and cupboard for storage. The engine is located beneath the bed. The toilet is a sealand drop through pump out system which usually is sufficient for 3 weeks use.

Electricity is provided by a 120watt solar panel on the cockpit roof alongside the alternator. 2 x domestic batteries new in 2020 and 1 x starter new in 2019.

LED lighting throughout, USB chargers in the cockpit.

Last blacked with new anodes in 2018, a slot is booked and deposit paid for cranage and hard standing at Lee valley stanstead marina 8-15 august. Asking price is reflective of this required work.
