REDUCED PRICE FOR QUICK SALE. The One and Only is an Atlanta 32, narrow beam, centre cockpit canal cruiser. Built in 2014 but launched in August 2020, so virtually a new boat which would be confirmed at viewing. It was fitted out expertly and lovingly by a tradesman who describes himself as “old school” using solid wood (no MDF) for the fittings and marble for the worktop and has been finished to a very high standard. The aft of the boat is a double berth with en-suite shower room/wc, wardrobe, shelving and storage unit. The forward area comprises galley area with fridge, microwave and double gas hob and cupboards. Seating which converts into a double berth and the table into a single berth. Plus a second shower room/wc. Heating is blown hot air.
She is powered by a new outboard motor fitted with a double hydrofin and a running time of only 15hours . A solar panel has also been fitted. The safety certificate is valid until August 2024
